Seisiúns at the Kinsale

A seisiún is a jam session of musicians that is an old Irish tradition. At the Kinsale we hold an Open Seisiún on Sunday night.

Open Seisiún

Our open seisiún is very much in the spirit of a modern Irish Seisiún. Any musician, amatuer or professional, is welcome to sit in and play or sing (or both) any kind of acoustic music; folk, blues, contemporary favorites or old time ones and of course any kind of Irish or Celtic tunes. This seisiún happens every Sunday evening from approximately 7:30 pm to 10 pm.
